When a client subscribes to our service, we automatically start providing as soonest possible in managing his/her social media account.
If for any reason a client wants a refund, the client must explicitly ask for it. Example, emailing it or sending it via our usual form of communication.
We will not refund any month/s of service without explicit notice of wanting a refund during the specific month/s in question. For example, if we have been providing service for 6 months, the client cannot ask a refund for month 3 or months 5-6 after service has already been rendered.
The request for a refund must have been done during the month in question.
